1. Check-in & Check-out Check-in Time: 3:00 PM Check-out Time: 11:00 AM Please notify us if you require a late check-out or early check-in, and we'll do our best to accommodate. 2. Respect Quiet Hours To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise, especially in hallways and common areas. 3. Smoking & Vaping Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the hotel building. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided. 4. Pets Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please keep your pet on a leash when outside your room and clean up after them. A non-refundable cleaning fee applies. 5. Room Maintenance Please report any maintenance issues promptly to the front desk. We aim to address any concerns as quickly as possible. 6. Kitchen Use The shared kitchen is open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please clean up after using the kitchen and dispose of trash properly. Cooking odors should be kept to a minimum to respect other guests. 7. Alcohol Alcohol consumption is allowed within your room and designated public areas. Please drink responsibly and respect others around you. 8. Safety & Security For your safety, always lock your room when you leave. The hotel is equipped with surveillance cameras in common areas. Please report any suspicious activity to the front desk immediately. 9. Respect for Others We are committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive environment for everyone. Discriminatory or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Please be respectful of all guests and hotel staff. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate eviction from the premises. 10. Lost & Found If you lose an item during your stay, please check with the front desk. We hold lost items for 30 days. 11. Parking Limited parking is available. Please park in designated spots. If our lot is full, we will direct you to nearby public parking options. 12. No Parties or Events To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, parties or events are not allowed without prior approval.
