1. Identification and Payment
Host Verification: As per KYC and state laws, host identification details will be recorded and shared with the local police station.
Rental & Caution Deposit: Guests must pay the remaining rental amount and a refundable caution deposit of 20% of the total rental at check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out after property inspection (deductions will apply in case of damage).
2. Handling the Property
Treat the property and its surroundings with respect. Report any damages to the host promptly.
Guests are responsible for any damage to property, furniture, or fittings.
Open flames, fireworks, and bonfires are strictly prohibited unless prior permission is obtained.
3. Swimming Pool & Outdoor Areas
🚫 No diving allowed in the swimming pool.
🚿 Guests must shower before entering the pool.
🍽️ Food and drinks are not allowed in or near the pool area.
❌ Guests with open wounds, infections, or contagious illnesses are not allowed in the pool.
👶 Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult in the pool and play areas.
4. Alcohol, Smoking & Prohibited Substances
🚭 Smoking is not allowed in indoor spaces or around the pool. A fine of ₹2,000 applies for violations.
🍻 Alcohol consumption is permitted only with a valid license/permit as per the Telangana State Excise Act.
🚫 Guests under 21 are not permitted to consume alcohol.
❌ Strictly prohibited: illegal drugs, hookah, gambling, and other unlawful activities. Violations will lead to immediate eviction and police reporting.
7. Events & Legal Compliance
🎉 For any party or gathering requiring licenses or permits (e.g. alcohol, sound, gatherings), guests must arrange them before check-in.
The property is intended for lawful, peaceful use only.

These house rules may be updated from time to time at the discretion of the host/manager to ensure the safety, comfort, and legal compliance of all guests.
This Reservation is a last minute negotiated deal, hence it is non-refundable. However, if you need to modify the reservation, we can certainly help you with that talking to our property partner.
