Smoking inside rooms and pool areas is not allowed (fine of ₹2,000 applies).
Alcohol consumption must follow Telangana State Excise laws. Guests must have a valid permit and comply with age restrictions (21+ only).
Drugs, hookah, gambling, or any illegal activities are strictly banned. Violation will result in eviction, police notification, and legal action.
Noise Policy
DJs are not permitted on the property.
Loud music is not allowed after 10:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment.
Pets
Pets may be allowed with prior approval from the owner.
Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up and ensuring pets do not disturb or harm other guests.
Pool & Recreation Areas
Diving in the pool is strictly prohibited.
Guests must shower before entering the pool.
Food and drinks are not permitted inside the pool area.
For safety, guests with wounds, infections, or contagious conditions should not use the pool.
Children must always be supervised by an adult near the pool.
