  2. Agreed guest count only (extra person chargeable @ ₹500 per person)
  3. Loud music allowed till 11:00 PM within permissible limits
  4. No smoking inside the villa; no furniture shifting without permission
  5. Kitchen, gas & utensils / BBQ / campfire available at extra charges
  6. No glass items or liquor inside the pool
  7. No illegal activities, arms, hookah, or banned substances (immediate cancellation without refund)
  8. Guests must carry valid ID proof; payment to be made online at check-in
  9. Management not responsible for personal belongings; damages will be adjusted from security deposit
